The Baita Naibiz is an old summer pasture stable, completely renovated, takes its name from the place where it is located(“Naibiz” or “New Meadow” in the Mòchena language), about 1650 m above sea level, immersed in the woods of Palùdel Fersina in Valle dei Mòcheni. Ideal destination for families with children, hikers and nature lovers. The location ischaracterized by a wild natural landscape sunny all day, and is starting place on foot for many walks

FEATURES: at the foot of Mount Ruijoch and a stone’s throw from the most beautiful excursions in the Lagorai Dolomites, the structure can accommodate up to 6 people and is equipped with cheap stove, heating, satellite TVand free Wi-Fi, 2 bathrooms, pantry with fridge/freezer, kitchen equipped with crockery and gas stoves, large panoramicgarden equipped for outdoor grills, outdoor table, private parking, storage (skis, bicycles, sleds, various equipment), woodfirewood. Both floors of the hut are accessible from the street level without stairs.

SERVICES: pets allowed (maximum 2, unless otherwise agreed with owner), annual opening, pots and dishes, bed linenand towels, firewood, agreement with local restaurants, heating, self check-in. Appliances Freezer, satellite TV, fridge, microwave, hairdryer, kettle.

ACCESSIBILITY: Reachable by car via paved road up to the cottage. The cottage has two entrances, each per floor, so theentrance to the cottage is unobstructed. The cabin is made up of a flat garden plot of 350 sq m.
