Baita Mas Ness

LOCATION: The Baita Mas Ness is located on the Pinè plateau, in a clearing in the middle of the woods on the slopes of Mount Costalta, at 1300 meters above sea level and enjoys a splendid view of the Brenta Dolomites. It is part of a larger farmwith other units from different owners. The farm was used in the past, during the summer season, for the grazing of livestock and dates back to the second half of the 19th century.

FEATURES: Initial part of an ancient mountain farm dating back to the second half of the 19th century, it has been entirely renovated in wood and local stone and is furnished in rustic style . On the ground floor there is a large living area with kitchenette, wood stove and Tyrolean mussa, a bathroom with shower and cellar. On the upper floor, which is accessed via an internal staircase, there are two communicating rooms. The first is a mezzanine with a small balcony, double bed and sofa. The second room is equipped with a double bed, a queen-size bed, a sofa and an independent exit. It is possible to add a cot for small children. Outside there is a fenced garden with parking space and barbecue.

SERVICES: The farm is equipped with an enclosed garden, parking space, barbecue, gazebo with table and chairs, umbrella, deckchairs and firewood for the stoves. Electricity is produced with photovoltaic panels. 3 km away in Baselga di Pine’ there are supermarkets, restaurants, post office, bank and pharmacy. Nearby there are three lakes Serraia, Piazze and Brusago. At Lake Piazze there is a beach for dogs. Also a few kilometers away are the ice stadium, riding stables, huts and mountain refuges where you can taste local products.
