During the winter season it is possible to ski on slopes of varying degrees of difficulty and never too crowded, while a few minutes’ drive away are the Marilleva-Folgarida ski areas, the Passo del Tonale facilities and Presena. In the summer season the Val di Peio represents the ideal starting point for walks and excursions at high altitude and climbing, the locality is in fact surrounded by some of the highest peaks in Trentino: Cevedale, Palon de la Sea, Vioz and San Matteo. A wooden staircase leads to the second floor where there is an open space bedroom consisting of a double bed and a finely furnished bunk bed, a large bathroom with a large crystal shower, washing machine, hairdryer iron, stone sink and a practical gas boiler, where when you want it will heat up the coldest days according to your every need even by programming it remotely, instant hot water. The precious woods, the furnishing elements and the stone-clad external façade make this property a magical place to live. You will surely have been attracted by the splendid setting of the Ortles Cevedale Group and even more so by the thought of being able to walk along its paths in the uniqueness of the Stelvio National Park. The direct access to the garden, the wonderful barbecue area and the panoramic and silent position allow you to spend authentic moments in close contact with uncontaminated nature and to lead a healthy and genuine lifestyle. The house is easily accessible in every season and has convenient parking spaces. It is an independent construction inserted in a complex of multiple structures. Outside you can enjoy a large private and fenced garden with a sun lounger, table and umbrella, and on the side you can use the barbecue for excellent barbecues.
