LOCATION: The cabin is located in Baile, 1200 m above sea level, 15 minutes from Roncegno Terme. It is in a sunny and quiet position, surrounded by nature, surrounded by a large garden and forest; it offers a very suggestive view. Ideal for quiet and relaxing stays, but at the same time the perfect starting point for excursions, trekking and pleasant mountain bike and horseback rides.
FEATURES: Typical mountain structure in stone and wood, renovated in a comfortable and welcoming way, on two floors. On the ground floor kitchen with wood stove and large living room with fireplace, bathroom with shower; on the first floor large attic room. Outside there is a large garden available with barbecue and spring water and car parking.
SERVICES: A short distance from the hut there are two restaurants with typical cuisine and two huts selling their own products. In Roncegno (6 km) supermarket, bus stop, post office, bank, pharmacy. In Borgo Valsugana (14 km) there is a hospital, railway station, shopping center and various shops. In the area sports facilities with outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, archery, golf course (6 holes), mountain biking, paragliding, surfing, water skiing, sailing boat on Lake Caldonazzo and Levico.</ p>
