LOCATION
The house is located in Spiado – Pieve Tesino, at an elevation of 1,300 meters, and is accessible via a paved road.
The ground floor of the house measures approximately 85 square meters and is entirely available for guest use. The upper floor is used as an attic and wood storage area. Pets are welcome upon request.
The location is perfect for experiencing nature: walks in the woods, scenic trails, and visits to local villages, in every season.

The kitchen is equipped with: convection oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, and induction cooktop. Additionally, there is a washing machine, Wi-Fi, carbon monoxide detectors in every room, and smoke detectors. Two smart TVs, Alexa, and two bikes provided. Outside, there is a fire pit and an outdoor dining area.
The house has heating in every room and a fireplace in the living area.
The master bedroom features a very comfortable storage bed and connects to the room with two bunk beds.
The bedrooms are comfortable, paneled in wood with fine furniture, and the master bedroom includes a TV.
