Baita Mariotta

LOCATION: The Baita della Mariotta is located in the locality. Fodra at 1,200 meters above sea level, 15 minutes by car (7 km) from the nearest town: Roncegno Terme. The hut is in a sunny position and is located in the ideal place for mountain lovers: it is an excellent starting point for excursions on foot or by MTB on the Lagorai chain. And It is also the ideal place for moments of relaxation and intimacy for two people, up to a maximum of 4 people. The building is adjacent to another residential unit. Nearby there are farmhouses that offer typical and genuine cuisine, and some mountain huts that sell zero-mile dairy products. The hut is 40 km from Trento, the capital.

FEATURES: The cabin, converted from an old barn from the early 1900s, is the result of a recent renovation. It develops on the first floor and is attached to a flat, fenced garden, equipped with deckchairs and a barbecue area. On the ground floor there is another residential unit. The cabin is equipped with a large brick and marble kitchenette, with gas hob, wood-burning oven, fridge with freezer and dishwasher, a storage room and a washing machine. The main bedroom has a double bed and a balcony overlooking the mountains, while the second bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with toilet, bidet, sink with mirror and shower. In the living area there is a wood stove with a small glass, with heating function and hob. Alternatively, it is possible to use independent heating, with radiators controlled by a thermostat in each room. Next to the garden there is a private car park. Included in the price are kitchen equipment, crockery, bedroom and bathroom linen, wood for the stove and hiking maps of the area.
