Baita La Quiete di Tregiovo

LOCATION: It is located in a very quiet and sunny position just above the hamlet of TREGIOVO at an altitude of 1050m above sea level in the municipality of Novella (formerly Revò), in Val di Non, surrounded by meadows and woods owned by private individuals and the municipality. The hut was built in the 70s partly in masonry and partly in wood, undergoing various improvements and renovations over the years. The interiors are sober, well cared for and welcoming. Inside we find solid wood and also modern furniture with a predominance of natural wood for the ceilings and walls. Externally, the cabin has a large garden with a large covered solid wood table that can accommodate 10/15 people, ideal for snacks or outdoor meals with an adjacent natural stone barbecue. Sun loungers are available to guests. The garden is partially fenced (not suitable for keeping free dogs); instead there is a space adjacent to the hut, approx. 15 m2, with a high and sturdy gate.

FEATURES: The cabin has 6 beds and is particularly suitable for families and small groups of friends who love nature tranquility, nature and the warm mountain atmosphere. Suitable for spending days in contact with nature, such as trekking or mountain bike excursions in the presence of the MADDALENE mountain range. In the surrounding area there are several mountain huts both in the province of Trento and in the province of Bolzano, always open in summer, where you can buy typical products or stop for lunch or dinner. Furthermore, the area offers the possibility of dedicating oneself to the collection of wild and wild herbs (including bear radicchio, spinach and wild asparagus), mushrooms and small fruits. Within a radius of 20/40 km you can reach Val di Tovel, Val di Sole, Val di Rabbi, Val di Pejo as well as Trento, Bolzano, Merano and Madonna di Campiglio.

Mezzanine floor: 1 bedroom with two bunk beds (if requested it can be transformed into a double bed, or 1 double bed + 1 bunk bed), with bedside tables, chest of drawers and solid wood wardrobe, with an adjacent bathroom with sink, WC and shower; 1 double bedroom furnished with new furniture (2019) with an adjacent second new bathroom (2020) with shower, sink, toilet and bidet. Cellar: large size suitable for storing motorbikes, bicycles, etc. etc. Semi-covered external storage with access gate: also of large size suitable for storing motorbikes, bicycles and various equipment. Included: kitchen linen; bed linen, duvets, sheets, blankets, pillows and towels changed weekly. The cabin is equipped with electricity, gas, drinking water and hot water; heating is guaranteed by means of a pellet stove + wood fireplace (wood also available for the external barbecue) and radiators in the 2 bathrooms. In the village of Tregiovo, approx. 500 meters from the hut, there is a minimarket which guarantees the necessary daily supplies. Bars, restaurants, grocery store and bank are located approx. 2 km in the town of Lauregno (province of Bolzano) and in Revò (approx. 8 km) there are a post office, bank, doctor, pharmacy, market, butcher’s shop, bar, hardware store and more).
