LOCATION: The chalet is located in Vermiglio at 1350 meters above sea level in the Upper Val di Sole, in a perfect position for nature lovers and those who enjoy both summer and winter sports. We are on the outskirts of the forest along the provincial road leading to Passo del Tonale, easily accessible by car with private parking. The chalet is very close to the ski slopes (only 7 km from Passo del Tonale, 12 km from Val di Pejo, and 15 km from Marilleva 900), and the place enjoys sunshine from morning to evening.
FEATURES: The name Chalet Alpen Presanella comes from the fact that the chalet offers a spectacular view of Cima Presanella (3558 meters above sea level), a mountain in the Southern Rhaetian Alps. It is the highest peak entirely located in the Trentino region and in the homonymous group of the Adamello and Presanella Alps. Mountain enthusiasts will be delighted, but even those less familiar with mountains will appreciate the wonder of these Alps. The Chalet Alpen Presanella was an old farmhouse renovated in 2022, situated in the midst of nature. The atmosphere is cozy, and the proximity to the forest enhances the days in all seasons. The tranquility of a location just outside the village, a well-heated environment, equipped with all necessary amenities, and meticulously cleaned. The owners are very kind and available for any needs or information about the area. A truly unforgettable stay where you can forget about daily life and recharge with new energy.
SERVICES: In the chalet, we provide the following services included in the package: Pets allowed means a maximum of 2 dogs, but they are not allowed inside due to the care of the interiors; cats are not allowed due to allergies. Sleeping accommodations for 6 in 2 beautiful rooms with double beds, all in Tyrolean wood style. 1 room with bunk beds. Additionally, 2 extra sleeping places on a sofa bed and a crib upon request. A spacious living room with a beautiful fireplace that will warm your evenings and create a romantic atmosphere. 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. 1 very large kitchen for those who love to cook even on vacation with an exit to the garden. A terrace at the back for hanging laundry. 1 storage room. 1 large fenced garden, also suitable for those bringing their four-legged friend (200 sq m). Availability of 3 parking spaces. A beautiful barbecue for grilling with your loved ones. A boiler with independent diesel heating. Bath and bedroom linen service with weekly change. Recycling material recovery service.
